Please note that Steel City Stair has a 60 day return policy and there will be a 25% restock fee and the freight back on returns.

Please email info@steelcitystair.com for approval on all returns.

**No returns will be accepted without prior approval.

**All product must be opened and inspected for damage within 7 days of delivery to be able to have replacements sent.
