Shipping Policy

Shipping takes place Monday through Friday only. Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays are not included shipping days. All shipping times are approximate only.

Due to the holiday season demand, and personnel issues with many of our carriers, delays may occur in the shipping process. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT STEEL CITY STAIR HAS A 30 DAY RETURN POLICY AND THERE WILL BE A 25% RESTOCK FEE AND THE FREIGHT BACK ON RETURNS.
